Robert M. Partain

Robert M. Partain is a senior associate attorney at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Torrijos, LLP, practicing in the areas of personal injury, class actions, mass tort litigation, products liability, and elder abuse.  Mr. Partain has been a trial attorney for 19 years focused on helping individuals who have been injured and families who have lost loved ones as a result of defective products, elderly neglect, and gross negligence.  Mr. Partain also has devoted his career to consumers who have been the victims of fraud and deceit due to corporate greed.

Mr. Partain received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2002 where he graduated cum laude and a member of the Thurston Honor Society.  Prior to law school, Mr. Partain graduated from California State University, Sacramento, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing.

When he is not practicing law, Mr. Partain enjoys golf, spending time with his teenage son, and the Southern California outdoors.
