Anna Frid

Anna A. Frid is Trial Counsel at Arias Sanguinetti Trial Lawyers in the firm’s Northern California office. Since beginning her legal career, Anna has dedicated herself exclusively to representing individuals harmed by the negligence and misconduct of others. Her practice focuses on Personal Injury, Sexual Assault, Premises Liability, Wrongful Death, Product Liability, Motor Vehicle Accidents, and Rideshare Accidents.

She was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star from 2023-2025. Anna has built a reputation for combining meticulous legal advocacy with genuine compassion. Among her most notable accomplishments, Anna and partner Elise Sanguinetti secured a verdict of more than $7.4 million in San Francisco Superior Court on behalf of a client who suffered permanent injuries after falling through a non-tempered glass door in his apartment. The result reflects both Anna’s litigation skills and her ability to contribute meaningfully to high-stakes cases with significant impact.

Anna is known for her client-centered approach to litigation. She believes effective advocacy requires listening, understanding, and helping clients navigate difficult circumstances with confidence and support. She works closely with clients to ensure they receive not only strong legal representation but also the support and guidance necessary throughout the litigation process.

Anna graduated cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Science before earning her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School with a concentration in Civil Litigation. Following law school, she worked at several respected plaintiff-side firms throughout California, developing a reputation as a fierce advocate for individuals and families facing difficult circumstances.

A native Russian speaker, Anna is passionate about serving diverse communities and ensuring language is never a barrier to justice. Having experienced the wrongful death of her own father and participated as a plaintiff in that litigation, she brings a unique perspective and deep empathy to clients and families navigating catastrophic injuries and wrongful death matters. Her ability to connect with clients from different backgrounds strengthens her commitment to providing accessible and effective representation.

Outside the office, Anna enjoys live music, hiking with her dog Mason, spending time with her husband and son, and staying active in the Northern California community.
