Uri H. Niv
Uri H. Niv is Trial Counsel at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP, based in the firmโs Southern California office. His practice focuses on elder abuse, advocating for victims, survivors, and their families. Prior to joining Arias Sanguinetti, Uri was a litigator at one of the worldโs largest law firms, where he represented healthcare companies, Fortune 500 corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. This diverse experience greatly enhances his ability to get the answers and outcomes his clients deserve.
He has a proven track record of success, having recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients while guiding them through the complexities of legal proceedings. Uri’s commitment to justice extends beyond his primary practice; he has volunteered as a prosecutor with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, successfully trying violent felony cases.
Dedicated to community service, he is actively involved in efforts to combat homelessness in Los Angeles. Uri serves on the board of the Inner City Law Center, a legal services organization that protects vulnerable tenants from substandard housing conditions and unlawful evictions. In recognition of his efforts to keep a mother and her young children housed during the COVID-19 pandemic, he accepted the Centerโs Humanitarian of the Year award in 2024. Uri’s civic engagement extends to his roles on the boards of the Interfaith Food Pantry, the UCLA Law Alumni Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. In addition to his board duties, he coordinates food drives, hygiene kit distributions, and other relief efforts for those in need.
A proud alumnus of UCLA, where he earned both his undergraduate and law degrees, Uri remains an avid supporter of the UCLA Bruins. Outside of his professional and philanthropic pursuits, he cherishes time spent with his family and heartbreakingly supports the Buffalo Bills.
