Alena Klimianok is a trial attorney specializing in medical malpractice, elder and dependent adult abuse, as well as personal injury. Having obtained her law degree with honors from Belarus State University in 2005, Alena interned for a personal injury Washington, D.C. law firm.
In 2007, Ms. Klimianok graduated cum laude from the L.L.M. Program at McGeorge Law School, University of the Pacific. Having successfully completed internships with two major Los Angeles law firms, she joined a boutique litigation law firm in 2009, where she soon thereafter became partner and established a solid reputation of medical malpractice specialist.
In her 14 years in practice, Alena has tried multiple criminal and civil jury trials to verdict. Alena’s true passion is representing victims of medical malpractice, particularly against large healthcare organizations with unlimited resources that others may be too intimidated to challenge. Alena has also been the point person responsible for a great deal of complex motion and discovery litigation. In 2012 and 2013, the California’s Million Dollar Verdicts edition of the Recorder has named Alena among the attorneys that have received top verdicts in California.
For 6 years in a row starting in 2015, Alena has been selected to the Southern California Rising Stars list by the Super Lawyer magazine. Alena is an active member of CAALA and a proud graduate of CAALA Trial Academy 2018. She is also a member of CAOC and AAJ.
When not litigating cases, Alena enjoys reading medical records for fun, spending time with her three sons, traveling all over the globe, and surfing the California coast.
