Mana Koleini

Mana Koleini is Trial Counsel at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP, based in the firm’s Northern California office. Her practice focuses on employment law, where she represents workers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour, and PAGA actions. Mana advocates for employees across both state and federal courts, ensuring they receive steadfast representation in the face of workplace injustice. She is known for her calm yet assertive approach, offering clients clear guidance and strong advocacy throughout every stage of litigation.

Before joining the firm, Mana spent a decade on the defense side, gaining critical insight into how employers and corporations litigate employment claims. She now leverages that experience to champion individuals who have been wronged in the workplace, applying strategic, defense-informed advocacy to secure just outcomes. Her background includes representing clients in arbitration and before administrative agencies, and she has achieved hundreds of favorable resolutions through settlement and summary judgment.

A multilingual advocate fluent in Farsi, French, and Spanish, Mana brings a diverse cultural perspective to her practice and connects with clients across a wide range of communities. Mana earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of California, Davis, and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
