Settlement reached on behalf of a renter who suffered a traumatic brain injury, along with shoulder and back injuries, after falling from an improperly secured loft bed inside a residential property. The case alleged that the homeowner failed to provide a safe living environment and did not meet basic safety standards, resulting in a preventable and life-altering injury.
