Partners Elise Sanguinetti and Jamie Goldstein settled a childhood sexual abuse case against a school for seven figures.
A student at a southern California high school was sexually abused by her teacher when she was just 16 years old. The teacher had a history of misconduct involving other students, including students at this school in particular. The school failed to alert the students, the parents or anyone, choosing instead to negligently suppress, conceal and overall fail to disclose this information.
The abuse of the minor, Jane Doe, occurred for a period of roughly two years.
Sanguinetti and Goldstein successfully represented the client in this awful matter.
