The recognition was featured in a special issue, highlighting Sanguinetti’s career, practice and continued impact as a leading plaintiffs’ attorney in California.
The Daily Journal’s annual Top Women Lawyers list recognizes women attorneys across California whose work has shaped the legal profession through exceptional advocacy, leadership and results. This year marks Sanguinetti’s seventh recognition on the list, emphasizing the consistency of her advocacy and her continued impact in the plaintiffs’ bar. Her inclusion reflects her longstanding commitment to representing individuals and families in serious injury, wrongful death, sexual assault and product liability matters.
The Daily Journal article highlighted Sanguinetti’s work representing survivors of sexual abuse, including a recent case against Rialto Unified School District. In Jane Doe v. Rialto Unified School District, Sanguinetti represented a woman who was sexually abused by a high school music instructor in the 1990s. After a four-week trial, a San Bernardino jury awarded $9 million and found the district 60% responsible.
