Mana Koleini
Mana Koleini is Trial Counsel at Arias Sanguinetti Trial Lawyers, based in the firm’s Northern California office. Her practice focuses on employment law, where she represents workers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage-and-hour, and PAGA matters. Mana advocates for employees in both state and federal courts and is known for a calm, assertive approach that combines clear guidance with strong advocacy throughout every stage of litigation.
Before joining the firm, Mana spent a decade representing employers and corporations in employment disputes. That experience gave her firsthand insight into how workplace claims are evaluated, defended, and litigated. Today, she uses that perspective on behalf of employees, anticipating defense strategies and approaching each matter with careful preparation and a practical understanding of both sides of an employment dispute. Her experience includes arbitration, administrative proceedings, settlement negotiations, and dispositive motion practice, and she has helped achieve hundreds of favorable resolutions throughout her career.
Mana’s path to representing workers reflects a desire to use her experience more directly on behalf of individuals facing difficult workplace circumstances. She understands that employment disputes can affect far more than a person’s job, often touching their financial security, professional identity, and sense of fairness. She approaches clients with empathy while remaining focused on developing a clear legal strategy and helping them understand what to expect throughout the process.
She is admitted to practice in California and is a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC). Fluent in Farsi, French, and Spanish, Mana brings a multilingual and multicultural perspective to her practice that allows her to connect with clients from a wide range of backgrounds. She earned her undergraduate degree with honors from the University of California, Davis, and her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law.
