Pineda, et al. v. Lithographix, Inc.

Arias Sanguinetti brought a class action against Lithographix, Inc., a commercial printing company in Hawthorne, CA, for widespread violations of California labor laws. The lawsuit alleged that employees were denied timely and duty-free meal periods, compensation for missed breaks, and proper overtime pay. These practices left workers without the wages and protections they were legally owed. After extensive litigation, the case reached a tentative settlement of $8 million—delivering meaningful recovery to the employees and reinforcing California’s strong labor standards.
