Case Synopsis
Arias Sanguinetti represented individuals who were wrongfully detained, searched, and humiliated by security staff at Six Flags Magic Mountain. The lawsuit alleged that park security targeted guests based on their race or appearance, falsely labeling them as gang members and subjecting them to invasive and unjust treatment.
Many of those affected were simply enjoying a day at the park with friends or family when they were singled out, questioned, and in some cases physically restrained—without any cause beyond how they looked.
Our clients stood up not just for themselves, but for thousands of others who were harmed by these discriminatory practices. This case helped expose deeply troubling conduct and forced accountability from one of the country’s largest theme park operators.
