The newest Arias Sanguinetti attorney, Sahar Malek, was featured in the January/ February edition of the CAOC’s Forum magazine.
Ms. Malek’s article focuses on product liability, making the point that if a product hurts a consumer after being recalled it can still go a long way in establishing liability. She details out who are the true friends and foes of a consumer when dealing with defective products.
Sahar Malek was the founder of Sahar Malek Law, APC, a boutique law firm focusing on personal injury and lemon law cases. She is on the Board of the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Iranian American Lawyers Association.
