Arias Sanguinetti Partner Elise Sanguinetti has been selected by The Daily Journal as a Top Women Lawyer for 2022.
Ms. Sanguinetti exclusively represents plaintiffs in civil litigation, and holds an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a California Super Lawyer every year since becoming eligible.

Ms. Sanguinetti is leading the way in targeting Tesla, Inc. In her most recent case Sanguinetti filed a catastrophic injury and wrongful death suit against the electric automaker for the surviving spouse of a woman killed while on a freeway in a Tesla Model 3. Tesla’s autopilot system including its autosteer and traffic aware cruise control features were allegedly engaged when the car crashed into a firetruck
