Arias Sanguinetti is proud to announce Sahar Malek is the firm’s newest partner in their Los Angeles office. Sahar is an accomplished trial attorney specializing in personal injury, sexual abuse and assault, and employment cases.
Before joining the firm, Sahar founded and operated a boutique solo practice headquartered in Beverly Hills. She has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 5 consecutive years and is on the Board of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the Iranian American Lawyers Association. She is an active member of the American Association for Justice.
Sahar is a passionate and dedicated advocate for her clients. Many of the people she represents come from marginalized communities and backgrounds, and Sahar’s personal experience of immigrating to the United States as a child allows her to intimately understand the discrimination and challenges that they face. This empathy informs her legal practice and enables Sahar to build meaningful relationships with clients that are rooted in trust. She empowers her clients through compassionate counsel and relentless advocacy on their behalf. Throughout her career, she has secured impactful verdicts and settlements on behalf of thousands of clients.
