Nia Gamble
Nia Gamble is an Associate at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP in the Los Angeles office. She advocates for clients in complex personal injury and civil litigation matters. Known for her strong litigation instincts and compassionate approach, Nia brings a depth of experience to each case, having represented individuals in claims involving auto accidents, premises liability, and environmental exposure.
Prior to joining the firm, as an Associate Nia managed a diverse caseload from intake to resolution. Her work resulted in millions in settlements, including a $1.9 million recovery for a client. She has drafted and argued motions, managed discovery, negotiated settlements, and served as a key point of contact for clients navigating challenging legal matters. Her foundation in litigation is further supported by previous legal fellowships and internships at Legal Access Alameda, the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, and the Palo Alto Superior Court.
Nia brings a client-focused, empathetic approach to every case, while remaining a strong and strategic advocate in and out of the courtroom. She currently serves on the board of the Miracle League, an adaptive baseball league for children and adults with disabilities, and was a member of the Outreach Committee at her previous firm. She is also an active member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) New Lawyers Committee, a 2024 graduate of the CAALA Plaintiff Trial Academy, and a 2024 graduate of the Los Angeles American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Jack Daniels Trial Skills Advocacy Program.
Before beginning her legal career, Nia taught in both urban and special education classrooms — an experience that shaped her conflict resolution skills and deepened her commitment to community service. A fluent Spanish speaker, Nia has studied and lived abroad in the Dominican Republic and Spain, which informs her ability to serve a diverse client base with cultural sensitivity and clear communication.
Nia earned her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she received the Chancellor’s Scholarship and served as Secretary of the Black Law Students Association. She competed in the 2021 Wagner National Labor and Employment Law Moot Court Competition. She holds a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from Spelman College and studied at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in the Dominican Republic.
Outside of work, she enjoys attending live concerts, collecting vinyl records, and spending time with her two playful kittens.
