Anthony Jenkins is a Senior Associate at Arias Sanguinetti. Mr. Jenkins’ practice is focused on trials, class actions and complex litigation in state and federal court where he primarily litigates wage and hour and consumer protection cases.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Jenkins spent close to 15 years at an employment law firm in Los Angeles where he tried several cases prevailing with judgments totaling more than $2.6 million, was appointed class counsel in numerous wage and hour class actions and negotiated settlements totaling more than $9 million.

Mr. Jenkins graduated from Southwestern School of Law and was honored with the Exceptional Achievement Award in the Study of White-Collar Crime. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.

Mr. Jenkins is admitted to practice in California and the United States Central, Northern and Southern District Courts of California.
