Andrea Grass

Andrea Grass’ practice is devoted primarily to plaintiffs’ class action work, including areas such as consumer protection, antitrust, public interest, civil rights, pharmaceutical liability, and product liability. She has appeared on numerous occasions before the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Andrea has also been featured in media outlets such as CBC News, Global News, and CTV News, where her insights and expertise have been shared with a wider audience.

In her legal career, Andrea has contributed to over 150 reported cases, demonstrating her substantial expertise and impact in the field. Before focusing her practice on plaintiffs’ class action litigation, Andrea worked as an out-of-state attorney at the Capital Post Conviction Project of Louisiana (C.P.C.P.L.) in New Orleans, Louisiana, where she represented death row inmates in post-conviction proceedings after their sentences were upheld on appeal. In addition to her legal work, Andrea has presented at speaking engagements for prestigious organizations, including the American Association for Justice and the Canadian Bar Association, sharing her knowledge and contributing to legal discourse.

Andrea received a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, in 2008. Prior to that, she received a Bachelor of Commerce, with great distinction, with a major in Marketing from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University in 2004.
