Senior Associates Craig Momita and Mike Arias settled a class action case against a duly organized California and Delaware corporation for unfair, unlawful and fraudulent business practices for seven figures.
An employee residing in the State of California failed to be reimbursed for employee expenses while employed by the above-mentioned corporations. The corporations were required to reimburse employees for expenses such as vehicle usage and cell phone usage incurred by them while performing their job duties. The following expenses failed to be reimbursed thus affecting numerous employees that are citizens of California.
The unfair, unlawful and fraudulent business practices occurred for a period of roughly two years.
