Jamie Goldstein
Jamie Goldstein is a partner at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP, based in the firm’s Northern California office. With 20 years in the courtroom, Jamie Goldstein has built a reputation as a fierce litigator across wrongful death, civil rights, sexual assault, product liability, medical malpractice, mass plaintiff and personal injury cases. Her record of multi-million-dollar verdicts and national recognition reflect both her prodigious skill and deep commitment to justice.
She began her career in Chicago, where she honed her trial skills in malpractice, personal injury and pharmaceutical litigation, earning recognition as an “Illinois Rising Star.” After relocating to California, she built on this foundation to secure major victories, including an $8.29 million jury verdict for a catastrophically injured stagehand at the Rolling Loud Festival — recognized by the Daily Journal as one of the Top Verdicts of 2024. The Daily Journal went on to recognize her as one of the Top Women Lawyers in California in 2025.
Jamie is a compassionate advocate for incarcerated individuals and their families. She has appeared in media outlets such as KSBW 8 News to spotlight high death rates in jails and hold healthcare providers accountable. Her civil rights work reflects her commitment to reform, accountability, and amplifying the voices of vulnerable communities.
Her professional influence is also felt in her industry. Jamie has been active in the American Association for Justice (AAJ) since 2006, is the current PAC Development Committee co-chair and the immediate past chair of the Rideshare Litigation Group. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) and has held leadership roles within the CAOC Women’s Caucus. Her additional affiliations include the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Public Justice Foundation, and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association.
Jamie is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), an invitation-only organization of the nation’s most respected trial lawyers. This honor reflects her extensive jury trial experience and reputation for professionalism and integrity in the courtroom. Her credibility has been reinforced through consistent honors and awards. She was named Best Lawyers’ Lawyer of the Year in Oakland for Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs (2026), listed to Super Lawyers in California (2019 – present), and honored in Best Lawyers in America for Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions and Personal Injury Litigation (2023–2026). She has also received the Marin Trial Lawyer of the Year award (2021), AAJ Wiedemann & Wysocki Award (2021, 2022), AAJ Distinguished Service Award (2022), CAOC Presidential Award of Merit (2019), and was a San Francisco Trial Lawyer of the Year finalist (2021).
At every stage of her career, Jamie has combined formidable experience with an unwavering focus on people. Her advocacy is marked by resilience, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of justice.
