Maricela Venegas

Maricela Venegas is the Director of Administration at Arias Sanguinetti Trial Lawyers, working out of the Southern California office. She leads the firm’s human resources and people-focused initiatives for professional staff while providing support on attorney personnel matters. Through her work across recruiting, employee relations, professional development, and organizational administration, Maricela helps ensure the firm’s people strategy supports both its day-to-day needs and long-term growth.

Having spent more than two decades growing alongside Arias Sanguinetti, Maricela brings deep institutional knowledge to her leadership. She has experienced firsthand how the firm’s workforce, offices, and organizational needs have evolved and uses that perspective to help develop the people and processes necessary to support its continued growth.

Her responsibilities span recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance support, staff management, professional development, and employee engagement. Working closely with firm leadership and employees across offices, Maricela helps create consistency in the employee experience while recognizing that individuals, teams, and offices may require different forms of support.
