Jasminn Hernandez
Jasminn Hernandez is a Legal Assistant, Pro Re Nata, at Arias Sanguinetti Trial Lawyers, supporting the firm’s Nevada office on an as-needed basis. She assists attorneys handling personal injury and medical malpractice matters, helping manage the detailed litigation support required to move cases forward and prepare the legal team for important deadlines, hearings, and trials.
She assists with the organization and preparation of case materials, legal documents, records, deadlines, and other information attorneys rely on throughout litigation. As matters progress toward critical stages, she helps ensure materials remain organized, relevant information is accessible, and the many details involved in preparing a case receive appropriate attention.
Her work also supports cases involving individuals whose lives may have changed significantly because of serious injuries or medical harm. Medical records, treatment histories, damages information, discovery materials, and client communications can all contribute to developing a complete picture of what a client has experienced. Jasminn helps the legal team organize and prepare that information for use throughout the litigation process.
Jasminn previously served as a Firm Administrator and has held administrative and legal support roles within Nevada law firms, giving her experience with both the litigation and operational sides of legal practice. Her professional background includes civil litigation, court procedures, legal writing, Westlaw, office administration, and supporting attorneys in demanding professional environments. She also brings significant executive support experience outside of traditional law firm settings. That combination of legal, administrative, and executive experience has strengthened her ability to manage competing priorities, maintain discretion, communicate professionally, and remain organized when deadlines tighten or needs shift unexpectedly.
She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she earned her bachelor’s degree after completing earlier studies at Western Nevada Community College.
