Jacqueline Ruiz
Jacqueline Ruiz is a Front Desk Coordinator at Arias Sanguinetti Trial Lawyers, based in the firm’s Southern California office. As one of the first points of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, Jackie supports daily front office operations while helping create an organized, welcoming, and professional environment.
Jackie brings a background in customer service, retail leadership, administrative support, scheduling, and team coordination. Before joining Arias Sanguinetti, she worked in retail management, where she supervised daily operations, managed employee schedules, coordinated administrative responsibilities, maintained inventory, and helped uphold customer service standards in a fast-paced environment. That experience strengthened her ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and stay organized while managing competing priorities.
Her transition from retail to a law firm was driven in part by a desire to do work that felt more directly connected to helping people. When she learned about the front desk opportunity at Arias Sanguinetti, she saw a way to use many of the same people-facing skills in an environment where service was less about making a sale and more about supporting the person in front of her. That service-oriented approach continues to shape how Jackie works. She enjoys staying busy and describes herself as someone who is always willing to learn something new, take on different responsibilities, and become more versatile. Her attention to detail and high personal standards help her anticipate needs and keep multiple responsibilities moving at once.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Jackie also helps the firm communicate with clients and visitors from different backgrounds. She brings a collaborative mindset to her role and works closely with attorneys and staff to support the office’s day-to-day needs. Jackie earned her Associate Degree in Child Development from Citrus Community College, an educational background that adds another people-centered dimension to her experience.
