Glen Ola
Glen Ola is a Marketing Assistant and Executive Assistant at Arias Sanguinetti Trial Lawyers, based in the firm’s Southern California office. Having grown within the firm from Front Desk Coordinator into a dual role supporting marketing and executive operations, Glen brings a unique understanding of the people, priorities, and day-to-day coordination that keep the firm moving forward.
As Executive Assistant to the firm’s Managing Partner, Glen provides direct support in managing the demands and priorities associated with firm leadership. Her role requires organization, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to coordinate across attorneys, staff, outside contacts, and competing priorities. Working closely with the Managing Partner also gives her a distinctive perspective on how leadership decisions, firm operations, and long-term priorities come together behind the scenes.
Glen simultaneously serves as a Marketing Assistant, supporting initiatives that strengthen the firm’s visibility, relationships, events, and communications. Her ability to work across both executive and marketing functions allows her to help connect leadership priorities with the projects and activities that communicate the firm’s work and culture to internal and external audiences.
Her current responsibilities build upon the foundation she developed as a Front Desk Coordinator at Arias Sanguinetti. In that role, Glen helped manage the firm’s first point of contact with clients, visitors, attorneys, vendors, and other guests. The experience strengthened her professional communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and ability to anticipate needs while giving her broad exposure to how different departments throughout the firm work together.
Her progression within Arias Sanguinetti reflects a career built through increasing responsibility. Moving from the front desk into executive and marketing support has allowed Glen to apply the communication and organizational skills developed in her original role in new ways while gaining greater exposure to firm leadership, business operations, and marketing. Her institutional knowledge is particularly valuable in a position that frequently requires understanding who needs to be involved, what information is important, and how to keep multiple priorities moving at once.
Glen attended El Camino College and transferred to University of California, Berkeley to finish her education. Her educational background, combined with her professional growth within Arias Sanguinetti, informs the thoughtful, adaptable, and collaborative approach she brings to supporting firm leadership and the broader organization.
