Elijah McNally
Elijah McNally is the Director of Marketing at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP. He is responsible for leading and executing the firm’s marketing strategy across multiple offices, practice areas, and platforms. Working closely with firm leadership, Elijah manages internal marketing staff and external vendors, overseeing a wide range of initiatives from high-performing ad campaigns to multi-day video productions. His strategic, results-driven approach has contributed to measurable improvements across key performance indicators and overall brand performance.
A key focus of Elijah’s work is ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with the real-life needs of clients. He has rebuilt client acquisition funnels, designed trauma-informed outreach for survivors, and led creative campaigns that humanize the firm’s attorneys. His deep understanding of messaging and client psychology stems from a diverse background across industries — all connected by a commitment to clarity, simplicity, and empathy in communication.
Before joining the firm, Elijah worked as a Quality Control Analyst. He generated biweekly reports on customer experience and product quality across nine locations, identifying patterns and recommending changes that led to steady increases in quality scores. His focus on data, feedback, and improvement continues to guide his work in the legal space.
Elijah has also held roles in wholesale restaurant supply, food service, early childhood education, documentary film production, and construction project research. This wide range of experiences gives him a unique ability to understand how people absorb information and how to translate complex legal language into accessible, relatable content. Whether producing digital content or advising on strategic messaging, Elijah brings both analytical thinking and creative insight to every project.
He earned his B.A. in Theatre with a Minor in History from Northwestern University.
