Belen Casillas

Belen Casillas is a Front Desk Coordinator at Arias Sanguinetti Trial Lawyers, based in the firm’s Southern California office. As one of the first people clients, visitors, and colleagues encounter at the firm, Belen helps create a welcoming, organized, and professional environment while supporting the day-to-day needs of the office.

She brings several years of experience in front desk operations, guest services, high-volume customer service, office coordination, and visitor management. Before joining Arias Sanguinetti, she worked in a high-rise office environment where she welcomed and managed visitors, coordinated access for tenants, vendors, and contractors, addressed service needs, and helped maintain a safe and efficient workplace. Her earlier experience also includes high-volume delivery operations and working with children as a teacher’s assistant.

Those experiences taught Belen that great service is about more than a first impression. She believes people remember how they are treated, particularly when they are navigating an unfamiliar environment or already having a difficult day. Whether communicating in person or over the phone, Belen focuses on being patient, compassionate, and helpful while maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented approach.

Her ability to connect with people is also informed by a longstanding interest in human behavior. Belen studied behavioral and social sciences because she was fascinated by psychology, sociology, and understanding why people behave the way they do. She credits that education with helping her develop greater self-awareness and a deeper understanding of others, qualities that naturally complement her people-facing role.

Belen earned her Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences with an emphasis in Behavioral and Social Sciences from West Los Angeles College, graduating cum laude. Fluent in English and Spanish, she values being able to communicate with people from different backgrounds and help create an environment where everyone feels acknowledged and respected.

Outside of work, Belen enjoys spending time with her family, including visiting her sister and nieces and nephews, and spending time with her French Bulldog, Kali Dream.
