Aubre-Anna Hernandez is a Paralegal at Arias Sanguinetti Trial Lawyers, based in the firm’s Southern California office. With six years of professional experience and a career developed through progressively responsible legal support roles, she assists attorneys throughout the litigation process with case preparation, legal research, document management, court support, and client communication.
She joined Arias Sanguinetti after gaining experience as a paralegal at another law firm. She began her legal career as a Legal Secretary, building an early foundation in the organization, accuracy, and procedural knowledge required to support active litigation. Her progression from legal secretary to paralegal has given her an understanding of both the administrative details and substantive support that keep cases moving forward.
In her work as a paralegal, Aubre-Anna supports the preparation and organization of cases through legal research, document preparation, correspondence, court filings, file management, and trial preparation. She is comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can change quickly and approaches those demands with adaptability, attention to detail, and a focus on producing dependable work.
Her experience with client intake and communication also reinforces the importance of understanding the individuals behind the case files. Aubre-Anna earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Chapman University. Her study of philosophy developed skills in critical thinking, logical analysis, evaluating competing arguments, and approaching complicated questions from multiple perspectives
