Southern California Record Interviews Mike Arias

Managing Partner Mike Arias was quoted in the Southern California record in an article about an Appellate Court’s denial of Intuit’s plea for transfer of 40,000 TurboTax customer complaints to small claims court.

Intuit was attempting to push customers out of arbitration and back into the court system.

Mr. Arias was quoted as saying “They [Intuit] insist on arbitration because it is cheaper, faster, and more just, all the while they assured consumers and the Courts that arbitration provisions didn’t exist to preclude people from getting justice.”
