Arias Sanguinetti reached a settlement in a class action lawsuit brought on behalf of independent contractors who leased equipment and provided services to Panther. The case alleged that Panther failed to honor the terms of its own Contractor Operating Agreements by withholding the full fuel surcharge that was promised when a load was initially offered.
