Mr. Arias has obtained many significant results along his nearly 35+ year career. Most recently, he was co-plaintiff liaison in the historic settlement against USC that obtained $852 million on behalf of 700+ women who survived the horrible actions of disgraced OBGYN George Tyndall. He has litigated and tried matters throughout the United States, in both state and federal court. He has served as lead, co-lead, or liaison counsel in well over 100 class and mass tort/plaintiff actions, including class actions against some of the largest corporations and institutions in the nation.
Ms. Sanguinetti has had a long, distinguished legal career. She is the past president of CAOC and AAJ, two of the largest, most influential plaintiff bar associations in the country. She has obtained a number of six and seven-figure recent verdicts and settlements on behalf of her clients over the years, including:
- A confidential seven-figure settlement against a car manufacturer in a catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death case involving the safety and design of the vehicle.
- A $1.25 million settlement for the wrongful death of a young man killed when his motorcycle collided with a poorly lit and marked piece of farm equipment.
- A high six-figure settlement on behalf of the family of a woman who died while in police custody in Monterey, CA.
