Oakland, CA (July 10) – On Tuesday, July 10, Elise Sanguinetti, a founding partner at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP, will be sworn in as President of the American Association for Justice.
In addition to her service with AAJ, Ms. Sanguinetti served as the president of the Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC) from 2015 to 2016 and was a past president of the Alameda Contra Costa Trial Lawyers Association.
“This is a proud moment for myself and our firm,” she said. “AAJ is known for its tireless advocacy for every individual’s access to justice, something I firmly believe in. This position will allow me to continue to serve my fellow trial lawyers and battle on behalf of our clients.”
Ms. Sanguinetti’s main focus of expertise is serious injury, wrongful death cases, pharmaceutical torts and legal malpractice. She exclusively represents plaintiffs in civil litigation, holds an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named a California Super Lawyer every year since becoming eligible. In recent years, Super Lawyers also named Ms. Sanguinetti one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in the Bay Area.
