Arias Sanguinetti filed a lawsuit against Tesla Inc. on behalf of current and former employees who allege a racist work environment including harassment and intimidation at plants in California.
The lawsuit, filed in Alameda County Superior Court, extensively details racist slurs and graffiti and other acts the plaintiffs claim Tesla did nothing to correct. It lists dozens of Tesla employees as defendants.
“It’s hard to imagine a workplace culture that these hard-working people had to endure day after day, having to live through racist comments and abusive behavior,” said lead attorney Mike Arias.
