ABC Los Angeles interviewed attorney Mike Arias and Nicole Haynes, a survivor of sexual assault at the hands of disgraced USC gynecologist Dr. George Tyndall. Ms. Haynes was a track star at USC who went in to see Tyndall for a stomach illness only to be sexually assaulted by the doctor.
Haynes is one of hundreds of women Mike Arias represents who were violated by Tyndall.
In the piece, Mike spells out how the proposed federal class action settlement is extremely unfair and actually shields USC and Tyndall from the truth “They don’t want this information to come out. They don’t want me taking deposition of numerous people at USC finding out what they did, what they didn’t do and what they should have done,” Mike told ABC.
