Uri H. Niv
Uri H. Niv is a trial attorney focusing on elder abuse litigation and advocating for victims, survivors, and their families. Prior to joining Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team, Mr. Niv was a litigator at one of the world’s largest law firms, where he represented healthcare companies, Fortune 500 corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. This diverse experience greatly enhances his ability to get the answers and outcomes his clients deserve.
Mr. Niv has a proven track record of success, having recovered millions of dollars in compensation for his clients while guiding them through the complexities of legal proceedings. His commitment to justice extends beyond his primary practice; he has volunteered as a prosecutor with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, successfully trying violent felony cases.
Dedicated to community service, Mr. Niv is actively involved in efforts to combat homelessness in Los Angeles. He serves on the board of the Inner City Law Center, a legal services organization that protects vulnerable tenants from substandard housing conditions and unlawful evictions. In recognition of his efforts to keep a mother and her young children housed during the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Niv accepted the Center’s Humanitarian of the Year award in 2024. Mr. Niv’s civic engagement extends to his roles on the boards of the Interfaith Food Pantry, the UCLA Law Alumni Association, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. In addition to his board duties, Mr. Niv coordinates food drives, hygiene kit distributions, and other relief efforts for those in need.
A proud alumnus of UCLA, where he earned both his undergraduate and law degrees, Mr. Niv remains an avid supporter of the UCLA Bruins. Outside of his professional and philanthropic pursuits, he cherishes time spent with his family and heartbreakingly supports the Buffalo Bills.
