Travis M. Daniels
Travis M. Daniels is a litigator at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LP. His number one objective is to help people. His scope of practice spans over a variety of areas, but his main focus is personal injury litigation, including general negligence matters, automobile accidents, Uber and Lyft accidents, traumatic brain injuries, premises liability matters, elder abuse, sexual abuse, dog bites and wrongful death. In addition, his practice also focuses on various aspects of business litigation and general civil litigation. Currently, he is working to help small business owners affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and government shutdown orders to seek and recover compensation through their business interruption insurance provisions of their insurance policies.
Prior to joining the Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP, Mr. Daniels began his legal career working at a full-service business litigation and bankruptcy firm. He then spent time working as a defense litigator and was a trial team member at a prominent nationwide defense firm where he represented numerous large insurance companies against injured victims. After years of representing corporate America, Mr. Daniels decided he’d had enough and switched sides. He joined a well-respected Plaintiff’s personal injury firm in Calabasas, CA and dedicated a large portion of his practice to representing injured victims in their continued fight for justice against the big insurance companies.
Mr. Daniels has recovered millions of dollars for his clients. His extensive experience working with insurance adjusters and litigating within the defense industry gives him an upper hand when dealing with corporate insurance companies. This has led to the speedy resolution and settlement of countless matters, while simultaneously ensuring that clients are justly compensated for their injuries. Mr. Daniels’ exceptional litigation skills have earned him recognition and selections as a 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine, an award given to only the top 2.5% of attorneys in California under the age of 40.
When he is not practicing law, Mr. Daniels enjoys spending time with his family, staying active and giving back to his community. He is a proud member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers Charities (LATLC). He is also a dog lover and makes it a goal to pet every dog he encounters. Mr. Daniels loves working with his clients, educating them on the law and spending time counseling them to ensure they fully understand their rights and the facts of their case.
