Justin M. Thompson
Justin M. Thompson is a dedicated plaintiff-side attorney working at Arias Sanguinetti’s Bay Area Office. He specializes in labor and employment law, personal injury, and civil rights litigation. Justin is committed to advocating for individuals who have been wronged in the workplace, injured due to negligence, or subjected to civil rights violations.
With a robust litigation background, Justin has successfully managed complex cases, including those resulting in multimillion-dollar settlements. He has played a key role in negotiating significant settlements, drafting and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and formulating damages packages to ensure clients receive the compensation they deserve.
Prior to joining Arias Sanguinetti, Justin honed his litigation as a handling attorney on high-value cases, as well as successfully opposing multiple motions in federal court. His experience also includes negotiating settlements, drafting critical legal documents, and serving as a primary point of contact for clients navigating challenging legal matters.
An active member of the legal community, Justin is involved with the Sports Lawyers Association and the California Employment Law Association. He is also dedicated to community engagement through his membership in the Urban League Young Professionals.
Justin is passionate about fighting for justice and ensuring that individuals have a powerful advocate on their side in the courtroom.
Justin earned his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law, where he was a Presidential Scholar, and also holds a Master’s in Sports Law & Business from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Morehouse College. A former NCAA Division I football player, Justin brings the same discipline and competitive drive to his legal practice as he did on the field.
