Destiny Hooper

Destiny Hooper is an Associate at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP in the Las Vegas office. She applies her passion for justice and advocacy to help individuals who have been harmed. Although she began her legal career on the defense side, Destiny quickly realized her true calling was representing those who face challenges in navigating the complexities of the legal system.

Destiny’s expertise spans civil litigation, personal injury, and medical malpractice. Motivated by her commitment to fairness, she strives to provide her clients with a voice during their most difficult and traumatic times. Her personal experiences, particularly seeing family members struggle with the barriers to justice, have deepened her resolve to offer zealous advocacy for those who need it most. She is proud to join Arias Sanguinetti, where she continues to empower her clients by providing dedicated legal representation in their most challenging moments.

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, graduating cum laude. Destiny went on to attend the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she received the Dean’s Fellowship and Farella, Braun, and Martel Diversity award. During law school, she was involved in several impactful projects, including the East Bay Dreamers Project, where she helped clients renew their Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) applications. Additionally, she volunteered as a student advocate at the East Bay Community Law Center, where she represented clients at administrative hearings to protect their welfare benefits.
