University of Southern California, USC Engemann Student Health Center, Eric Cohen Student Health Center of USC, George Tyndall. It resulted in an $852 million settlement on behalf of 710 plaintiffs. This resolution stands as the largest sexual assault settlement in history and holds USC accountable for failing to investigate years of complaints about Tyndall’s misconduct at its Engemann Student Health Center. “Being recognized alongside Elise is an incredible honor,” said Mike Arias. “Our work is about more than individual victories; it’s about creating change, securing justice for clients and setting precedents that protect communities across California.”
