Luis A. Lago

Luis Lago is the Intake Supervisor at Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team LLP. With extensive experience in mass tort, product liability, and customer relations, Luis is responsible for overseeing the intake process for new clients, managing a team of intake specialists, and ensuring the smooth handling of pre-litigation cases.

His previous experience includes managing large volumes of pre-litigation cases while meeting deadlines and supporting colleagues to reach their goals. In former roles, Luis mentored and trained new hires, ensuring they were proficient in firm protocols and various administrative tools, such as Salesforce and Docushare.

Additionally, his background in legal aid enhanced his skills in case preparation, legal research, and supporting attorneys with various legal tasks. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Luis effectively serves a diverse clientele, ensuring that communication is seamless and clients receive exceptional service.

Luis holds a J.D. from the Pontifical Catholic University School of Law, a Master’s in Criminal Justice from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and a B.S. in Materials Management from the University of Puerto Rico.
