Elise Sanguinetti, a founding partner at Arias Sanguinetti, was selected as a 2023 Top 100 Lawyer in California by the Daily Journal for her significant client advocacy.
Ms. Sanguinetti exclusively represents plaintiffs in civil litigation, holds an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, and has been named a California Super Lawyer every year since becoming eligible. She has notably been named one of the Daily Journal’s Top 100 and Top Women Lawyers, is a National Law Journal California Trailblazer, and was named one of Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Plaintiff Lawyers of 2023.
Throughout the years Ms. Sanguinetti has obtained a number of recent six, seven and eight-figure verdicts and settlements. Most recently, she and her team obtained a $7.4 Million verdict with 45% comparative fault in San Francisco Superior Court August 31, 2023. The case involved a man who was seriously injured when he fell through a sliding glass door in his apartment.
In a confidential defendant trucking settlement, Ms. Sanguinetti and her partner Jamie Goldstein obtained $28.03 million on behalf of a husband and wife whose lives were forever changed when a big rig collided with the husband’s truck rendering him a quadriplegic. The case settled days before trial after numerous unsuccessful law and motion attempts, including summary judgment, by the trucking company to be granted judgment in their favor.

She is also an active member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and the Public Justice Foundation.
