Mike Arias Named One of the Best Lawyers in America for 3rd Consecutive Year

Mike Arias has been honored in the latest edition of Best Lawyers in America for the 3rd consecutive year for his outstanding work in mass tort litigation, class actions plaintiff litigation, and personal injury litigation. 

Mr. Arias’s inspiring career has spanned more than 35 years. He is the co-founding and managing partner of Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Torrijos LLP which is a premier law firm in California and Nevada. He is recognized by many peer-reviewed publications and peer organizations as one of the top trial attorneys in the nation. 

Over his career, Mr. Arias has been awarded the: Daily Journal’s Top 100 Attorneys in California and Top 30 Plaintiff Lawyers in California; LawDragon’s Top 500 National Leading Plaintiff Consumer Lawyers; and National Law Journal’s Plaintiff Trailblazer. 

He litigated and tried matters throughout the United States, in both state and federal court. He served as lead, co-lead and liaison counsel in well over 100 class and mass tort/plaintiff actions, including class actions against some of the largest corporations and institutions in the nation.

One of Mr. Arias’s most prominent roles throughout his career was being a co-liaison counsel for the plaintiffs in the University of Southern California/Dr. George Tyndall litigation which is the largest sexual abuse/ personal injury settlement against a university. He helped represent more than 700 women who were sexually abused and assaulted by the disgraced USC OB/GYN. He led the effort in obtaining a historic settlement for the victims amounting to $852 million.
